Behind every successful delivery is a team of fantastic individuals. We all have a wealth of industry experience, from the management team through to the company board. Our entire workforce are passionate about what they do, which is making sure you get the very best service every time you send a package. Below is just a snapshot of some of our client facing team!

Rob Bradford

Managing Director

Rob's spent his entire career in the postal industry. Starting as a humble postie, he rose rapidly through the ranks at Royal Mail, holding a number of key roles including managing the organisation's logistics business. Headhunted by DHL, Rob built one of their key divisions before moving on to set up Citipost Mail and 13ten.

Garrie Francis

Ecommerce Director

Garrie's built a wealth of expertise in post since starting in the industry in 1989, and has held important positions at the likes of TNT, Planet Post and Keymail. He joined the group in 2009 as Sales Development Director before taking on his current role in 2012. A driven and successful salesperson, Garrie's vital to our business development.

Lesley was one of our largest clients, so who better to hire to continuously improve our customers' experience? With a wealth of experience, Lesley took the lead in transforming our operationally focused business into a customer-centric one. She's since helped us develop incredible customer loyalty and retention rates while supporting new customer acquisition.

Head of Client Services

Limara joined us in February 2008 as Collections Manager and administrative support. She quickly developed her people skills in the HR department before moving to sales and becoming one of our key account managers. As Head of Client Services, Limara is totally focused on our customers' needs, pushing operational departments to provide the best possible level of service.

Rebecca's phenomenal aptitude and capability were quickly realised when she joined us in 2010. Progressing across a range of key business functions, she has a great all-round understanding of the business and, most importantly, our customers. Rebecca oozes customer focus and has fantastic interpersonal and client-liaison skills.

David Needham

Head of Ecommerce

David's been driving sales since December 2010. As well as marshalling new products and services, David's influence spreads to supporting client management and new-business development. David has lots of experience in the industry, including time spent as Business Development Manager at City Link and Regional Sales Manager at Nightspeed / Amtrak.

Jayne Needham

Sales Executive

Having spent 20 years in nursing, Jayne's developed some fantastic people skills – which makes her ideal for a sales role with us. She joined us in December 2012 and proved really successful at getting important leads for the team. Jayne has a very positive attitude and sees every day as a new challenge. 

Dan Mee

Sales Executive

Joining our packet line in 2009, Dan's aptitude and skills were quickly recognised. Dan has since worked in both client services and our transport department. Now with the sales team, Dan's role involves lead generation and nurturing, sales meetings, and customer acquisition and retention. Dan is also a methodical and diligent individual in all he does.

Another shining star, Rachel initially joined our human resources department in January 2011 and worked diligently to improve systems and increase efficiencies. She's now a highly valued member of client services, constantly striving to make sure our business provides operational excellence for our customers on a daily basis.

Jess Abbott

Accepted to Goldsmiths, University of London to study history and politics in 2013, Jess is talented, bright and highly driven. Luckily for us, academia's loss was our gain as Jess decided to join 13ten instead to gain experience and develop professionally. She's since established herself as a key member of the customer services team.

Head of Support Services

Chris originally joined the group in January 2009 to help implement a new innovative service, but was quickly paired up with one of our business consultants to work on multiple business development projects across the business. Chris now focuses on IT and project developments alongside supporting 13ten's growing UK and international business.

Shah Jahan Hussain

Shah Jahan Hussain

Integration Manager

After succeeding in a number of roles, Shah joined the client services team looking after some of our largest accounts; he now heads up all client integrations. Shah has a wealth of business experience and customer facing skills, so is perfectly placed to help new customers through a simple and straightforward integration process.
